A Macedonian dance. There are many different versions, this is a simple one.
The pajduška rhythm is 5/8, split 2-3 or quick, slow.
Start in a line, arms in a W hold, facing the the right.
The dance pattern is the first step four times, the second step three times. the third step twice and the fourth step once.
Lift the right foot while bouncing on the left (quick),
then step forward with the right (slow).
Do this four times - right, left, right, left.
Turn to face centre and lower the arms to a V hold.
Cross in front with the right, step to the side with the left.
Cross behind with the right, step to the side with the left.
Cross in front with the right, step to the side with the left.
Raise the arms to a W hold.
Lift the right foot while bouncing on the left, then close the right beside the left.
Repeat this with the left foot.
Cross in front with the right while lowering the hands to a V, then replace the left while bringing the arms back up to a W.
