A Macedonian dance. I learned this dance from Linda James in 2012.
The music is in 4/4 with a step (or something) on every beat.
Start in a line in a W hold, facing right.
Step forward with the left, then the right. Step forward and slightly across with the left, then rock back onto the right.
Lift the left, then take three steps back, turning to face centre on the last step.
Lift the right, then step to the side with the right, cross behind with the left, then turn to face right and step forward with the right.
The dance can begin at the start of any musical phrase. Note that the singing DOESN'T start on the first beat but on the second one!
